I just can’t help myself, I seem to be hooked on asking you for help every week or so! On one of the last podcasts you, Joshua, was talking about how we all have our own path. And you said to Wendy that if her kid somehow got unemployed and lost their home that she shouldn’t interfere, but let them have this experience. I am unemployed and have been for almost 3 years, and 6 months ago my parents bought my apartment and now let med live here for free. They also gave me their old car a long time ago.
About the apartment, I thought that was my wonderful money manifestation that I had been asking the Universe for and was so happy! Was I wrong? Should they have let me loose the apartment? I was so happy when that happened because that also meant I was now debt free. Or so it felt for a short while. Turns out my debt-feelings just shifted from owing my bank to feeling indebted to my parents. I feel guilty for accepting their gift and feel like I owe them a lot, constantly.
Lately I’ve been thinking more and more about this and because I resent being indebted to them this feeling just keeps growing. I feel like they control me (I know they don’t, but still feel like it), and this in turn makes me feel trapped and a lot less free than I want to feel. I hate feeling this way but can’t find the right words to tell myself this is just a limiting belief. I want to feel free, not controlled by anybody else, and I don’t want to feel like I owe anyone anything. But I can’t reach these feelings from here. The negative feelings take up all the space. What do I do to get over this, and feel empowered and in control again?
Once something has happened, then that was the perfect thing that could have happened and you must view it as perfect and positive. The gifts of the apartment and the car were wonderful and extremely helpful. You were worried about debt and now you may live without that worry. That is a very good thing indeed and you are right to feel grateful. Your parents were very happy to contribute to the happiness and security of their daughter. You now have the choice to be grateful or resentful. It is all up to you. Once something has happened, you have the choice to see it as right and perfect or wrong. You have been given free will, so the choice is yours to make. Now that you know a little more about how the universe operates, which choice do you think will create the enhanced life experience?
It matters not what happened in the past. The past unfolded perfectly to bring you here. If not for this perfect unfolding, the you you see in the mirror would literally not exist. This is the highest and most expanded version of you. This is the wonderful and perfect version of you. So, knowing this, what will you do now?
Your life starts at this point. Everything that will come to you from now on will come as a result of the choices you make in this moment. You have come to the exact right place and right time to consciously create the rest of your life. What will you create. Your creation is you and you have complete control over your creation. You can choose to think you are trapped in an apartment and a life that is controlled by your parents or you can choose to be grateful for the ease from which you can now consciously create the life you want.
Now that you are debt free what will you create from this? The lack of debt means that you do not have to do anything. You can do whatever you like. It’s all up to you. Does this scare you? Would you prefer to be forced to get a job or do you prefer this freedom to pursue whatever you want? Few people have the luxury of doing whatever they want. Few people have the time and financial ability to seek their passion in life. What is your passion? What are you interested in? What do you want to do? It’s all up to you now.
What unfolds next is entirely in your own hands. What step will you take? We are eager to find out.
With our love,
We are Joshua
