Wendy Question #48

Dear Joshua,

I always have enough money, but how do I get more than enough money? I love to give gifts and I don't have more than enough money to buy the things I'd like to buy for those around me. Giving gifts makes me feel good. I guess I could explore that more to see if I could go deeper on those feelings.

I understand that I am being taken care of - always - yet I can never seem to get more than enough anymore. I used to be able to manifest this, but I have not been able to in quite sometime. Ever since I got "sick" this has been an issue, so I'm thinking there is some connection here?

With Love and Gratitude,
~ Wendy

Dear Wendy,

You don't need more than enough of anything, you just need enough. If you had more than enough money, you would simply adjust your lifestyle to fill up the extra money. If you had more than enough space, you would collect enough things to fill up that space. You have more than enough food to eat, for instance. You certainly do not want more than enough of anything, you just want enough. The principle of abundance is explained with the word "enough."

You have more than enough to buy or make wonderful gifts for everyone you know. You are just attaching meaning to the gifts. You believe that the gift should reflect well on you. However, that is not the purpose of the gift. The gift is an expression of love. All you need to do is intend to give an expression of love and you will be guided to the perfect gift. Money has little to do with that, as you well know.

Stop using money as an excuse and just do what you want to do. If you want to have fun, intend to have fun and if money is needed, it will come. If you want to express your love, then express your love. It does not have to be in a gift or anything else. Remove your attachment to what the expression has to do with your persona and just express your love. Stop worrying about what others will think of you. This is the root of your issue. You can be authentic and receive more love than you could ever imagine. Give up your persona and stop trying to figure out how to make things happen. Instead, choose to do what makes you feel good. Do what you want to do. Think about feeling good first. Let everything play itself out before you judge something as wrong.

It's all working out for you if you will just get into the back seat and let someone else do the driving. With all our love and appreciation for everything you do, say, and think,

Joshua
