Dear Joshua,

I appreciate knowing that my lip biting was to keep me in the present. That wasn't obvious to me, but after reading your answer it made sense. Could you provide help in determining how I can connect a manifestation event to an internal vibration that I have?

Dear Steve,

Your vibration is the sum or your desires and you are constantly changing and modulating that vibration in order to move in the direction of what is wanted. Your beliefs either point the way toward what is wanted or hold you apart from allowing the smooth flow of all that is wanted into your life. Manifestation events occur to help you alter the intensity of those beliefs. When you feel emotion, this is your indicator that you have a belief that is either beneficial or limiting. When you feel excitement, for instance, this is a highly beneficial belief which lets you know you're on the right track. When you feel a negative emotion, such a disappointment, it lets you know there is some fear-based belief which is limiting your experience.

Your work is to raise the intensity of those beneficial beliefs by engaging in experiences where these positive emotions occur frequently and lowering the intensity of the limiting beliefs by analyzing them and understanding that they have been created out of fear. These limiting beliefs are responsible for all your resistance to everything you want. The beliefs are false if they are based in fear, yet you believe them so deeply you might consider them to be fact. If you feel negative emotion, you've been given notice that your belief is indeed false. Now all you have to do is provide yourself with the evidence of the fallacy of this belief.

Sometimes it is difficult to tie a certain manifestation event to a certain vibration or even a certain desire. You cannot easily see how they relate, but you don't need to. All you need do is be aware of the negative emotion when it occurs and realize that it's alerting you to a belief which is based in fear. This happens so often throughout your day that you might miss many of the manifestation events. You are so used to feeling negative emotion that you've become numb to it. That's why we ask you to make it a priority to feel good. If you can start to consciously concentrate on feeling good, you'll notice those times when you experience bad-feeling emotions.

There is another aspect to this and that is the direct guidance you are constantly being given by your inner self. When you have a thought, it might be coming from your higher self. This communication is always positive and that's how you can distinguish it from those unpleasant thoughts that are attracted by your current emotional state of being. When you focus on feeling good, and listen for the communication from your inner self, you can begin to act on these impulses and ideas. Try to act on them in the moment because that's how they are intended. You can receive a good idea or joyful inspiration or a positive impulse and act on it immediately. Don't put it off if possible. When you get good at this, you can literally move with the flow of these impulses and ideas and you will notice a powerful synchronistic effect on your life.

Manifestation events occur to let you know what's making you resist what you want or how you are allowing what you want. Take notice when you feel negative emotion and positive emotion. Let the universe work things out for you without worrying about the future. Have faith that everything is moving in the right direction. All you need to do is relax and practice feeling good. This is all a game and nothing serious is happening. You have nothing to lose because really, this is all a very intense and fun illusion. This is all happening for you.
