I'm interested in your thoughts on what I call expansion hangovers. I just had another big shift a few minutes ago where it was like I downloaded information that completely changed how I view the world, and there's been a LOT of those moments lately.
It feels almost like a form of growing pains. Am I in spiritual puberty? I'm noticing a cycle of rapid expansion, expansion hangover, rapid expansion, expansion hangover. I guess maybe the hangover part is just resistance on my part? How can I be less resistant to rapid expansion, since it's apparently what I do?
I've reached a certain vibration where I listen for answers and they come to me...yesterday I finally realized what was happening. All of a sudden, I just got it. Those answers are coming to me, and not from me. I didn't create them, they were given to me. And then I was like, "Joshua, is that you?" But I didn't hear for an answer because I was laughing at myself..
So anyway...I'm looking forward to this answer. And I'm excited for the call tomorrow!

You may call it an expansion hangover and you also might think that you are in a period of increased growth. What is actually happening is that you've adopted a new ability to push through resistance and ease your way into a higher vibration. In the past, you would face resistance and then stop in your tracks by calling the thing wrong or bad. This is like hitting a brick wall and you do not get much expansion out of this approach to life. You are now meeting with resistance and then analyzing it quickly and thus you are able to push through it and the expansion occurs. Your vibration is raised with each step.
What you are really doing is consciously controlling your perspective. The previous version of Kyla was fighting against what is by calling it wrong. You wanted the conditions to be different than they were. You felt like a victim of fate. You wondered why things were happening to you. You thought the world was unfair. Now you are thinking differently. Now you are aware of the mechanism of physical reality. Now you are flowing with the forces of the universe rather than pushing against them. Now life is becoming easier and you are moving more rapidly. Now life seems different. It seems faster. It feels more energetic,
You have come to theoretically understand how the universe operates and you are beginning to work within the laws of the universe. Things are happening quickly. Your vibration is getting higher and you are coming into the vibrational range of many new thoughts and ideas. You are becoming a match to things you want. There is still resistance, yet since you now realize how this all works. You have the ability to move through the resistance more easily now. The simple understanding that you receive thoughts rather than create them is empowering, because you can no longer discount your own thoughts. You understand that they are coming from higher intelligence and you have reached that same vibration. You are no longer alone with your thoughts (although you never were).
So then, how will you operate in this new paradigm? Everything you truly want is coming to you quickly. Will you still continue to doubt yourself? Will you still worry about what others think? Will you still fear the unknown? Will you believe what you have learned and face your reality without fear? If you can do this, you can create a life beyond your wildest dreams. You do not have to envision anything. You could not accurately imagine the life you are heading toward. All you have to do is release your fear, drop your false persona, and go with the flow. The flow will carry you effortlessly there.
You are loved more than you can imagine by more than you could ever count.
