By the way, I like the way we start these letters, with "dear."
I just received your answer concerning the medication and wanted to respond quickly. I absolutely (sort of ) trust you in this ares so would (will) follow your instructions. But today, I was clean and hyped and ready to just stop that stuff. I know my cells will have a hay day getting back in order, and I'll be all weird for a few days, but since my boss is on vacation, I was thinking it would be as good a time as any to go through the cell adjustment without it being noticeable or too difficult for me.
The first day it's easy. Days 2 to 8 are weird. Sleep is a bit of an issue. Are these not things which would just be more uncomfortable to go through the longer I put it off? Or is that a belief and nothing more? There are some horror stories on the net (not helpful so I don't read them. I like the easy success stories, although people don't tend to post many of those. Tomorrow is a new day. I'll go with the flow. And see what you recommend, but feeling ok. I just wish I'd never discovered them, but, it's all good and I am proud of myself for having come this far in all areas.

Dear Kate,
Above all you have an inner guidance system and a support network that's fully engaged with you at all times. Learn to listen to and trust that guidance above and beyond any advice you might receive from us or anyone else. We would never tell you what to do, however, we will share our perspective.
There has never been anything like this One on One program. It is a powerful and transformative program. As you move through the program asking us questions, meditating, and learning to use the information you've internalized, your vibration will change. It will become higher and stronger. You will attract new things. You will move toward love. You will see things from the higher perspective. You will be changed.
Decisions made in the middle of the process are based on your current perspective and the vibration you're offering now. You will be a different person at the end of this interaction and your vibration will be different as well. What appears to be a good idea now, will be something else in just a few weeks. You can't see where you'll be from where you now stand. The you that will come out the other side of this journey is unrecognizable to the you that exists as you are right now.
Imagine going to university for four years. Imagine the transformation that will take place over the course of those four years. The version of you that enters university as a freshman will be quite different than the you that leaves as a graduate. Would you want to have the same job you had before you entered? Would you want the same mate? Would any decision you made prior to going to university be valid for you after you've graduated? This process with us is quite similar to that although the duration is much shorter.
You will be forever changed at the end of this interaction. The decisions you make from that new perspective will be influenced by who you've become. The decisions made now are made from the perspective of who you are now. Those are two very different people.
If you entered this interaction taking the pills, you might have already reached a vibrational level where they are no longer necessary or even a match to who you've already become. If this is true, then there's no doubt that you should stop. However, the types of questions you ask as a result of stopping the medication might be a bit different than the questions you are asking now. All we ask is that you think about where you are in relation to where you will be and make decisions knowing the difference. If it feels right to stop the medication, it is right.
So, of course, we leave it up to you and we k now that whatever decision you choose will be the right one. Once you've made the decision, then trust that it is right and all will work out as intended. No one knows what's right for you more than you so trust the decisions you make. Everything is guiding you toward what it is you want and everything is working out for you.
