Kate Question #35

Dear Joshua,

France is in a bit of a financial and social mess (in my opinion and from what I read) and I get aggravated that the French resist change despite high unemployment etc ... of course it works out for some thanks to government intention. And I realize that I have fear of the state of the country and how it won't improve since governments keep backing down from making changes (at least short term) and how that could affect me (and others) financially, in terms of finding work etc.

But my question here is: can I choose different ways of managing my feelings to feel more ease? I can either not think about it much (even while I have to look at the news as part of my job) and not pay attention, or I can ease my feelings by saying things like "everything changes and evolves, and the larger part of the population must be happy otherwise it wouldn't be happening like this, and I'll be ok as long as I know that whatever is happening doesn't have to affect me as long as I focus on feeling good." Is one way easier and stronger in terms of results than the other (one is more general, the other is more specific work) or are both worth doing?

Kate

Dear Kate,

You must first look at the vibration of anything to understand the proper perspective on that which troubles you. France has a very strong vibration which has momentum dating back hundreds of years. France's vibration is different from Germany's, or Spain's, or England's, or America's, Or India's. The vibrations of countries are different and so is the vibrations of cities. You can understand this easily when traveling to different countries and cities. The vibration is not only made up of the people currently living there, but also of the history, traditions, old fears, old attitudes, and also new attitudes and new dreams. The country has it's place within the world and all parts fit together nicely.

The main vibrational response to any country is well-being so the basis of the country is well-being. While man may squirm around in angst at the very top of the country, on it's surface, the vastness of the country is made up of well-being. Things are going much better below the surface than you could know. Your attention is drawn to the news and the fears of those around you. The news must get ratings. It must be shocking. It must be scary, otherwise no one would watch. Even though you may think you need to watch the news on TV for your job, most of what you are receiving negatively affects your job. Let us explain.

Your vibration is affected by your beliefs. If the economy is doing well as you perceive it by watching or reading news, then you allow abundance to flow to you. When you believe that the economy is doing poorly, then you restrict the abundance that would have flowed to you had you believed otherwise. It is not the state of the world or the economy that has any affect on your ability to make money or be successful, it only has to do with you and what you choose to believe.

We would suggest that you be more critical of the news you are watching. Don't watch the local news. Don't watch anything that speaks negatively of the economy. Don't listen to dire forecasts. Instead focus on what interests you. Read about technology. Read about interesting new inventions and startups. Read about the Law of Attraction, the power of the universe, and the mechanism of physical reality. Remove yourself from the drama created and enjoyed by man. You are one who actively manages your vibrations.

Watching or reading news is mostly the indulgence of drama. It's similar to listening to gossip. While this might be enjoyable to those who do not know better, you are interested in creating a vibration that attracts what is wanted. When you consume information that is all about what is not wanted, you add that to your vibration and you create a blurry vibrational signal which is mixed up with both wanted and unwanted. You get a little of both.

Instead we suggest you turn off the TV and turn on your computer. Search for things that interest you. It is all out there waiting for you. Do not allow a TV network or newspaper dictate how you receive information. Let your inner self guide you to what is interesting to you and what will help you create the vibration that brings only that which is wanted into your experience.

Joshua
