Kate Question #33

Dear Joshua,

I think what is new to me is that the universe has my back, and is working on my behalf (and everyone else's), and that if something is not going right or pleasing to me, it is my perception (or my getting in the way of myself). For some reason, I thought that while source was loving, the universe was neutral and it was my job to manage that neutrality to make it less neutral...

Does this make any sense? Lol ... I'm enjoying the meditation too.

I'll come up with more questions as I plough through your (Gary's) books... But just this information would nearly be enough......

With love and appreciation to all who participate here.

Kate

Dear Kate,

The universe is neutral. It has no idea whether what you are focusing on is wanted or unwanted, good or bad, right or wrong. It simply yields to your vibration. If you are focused on something wanted, the universe will bring it to you if you are not resisting it. If you are focused on what is unwanted the universe will bring this to you as well. The universe does not judge your desires. You could be a terrorist or a benefactor. Both have the power to manifest their desires.

When you have a desire and you get too specific, you create a little resistance. If you get general about it, and allow the universe to create something better than you can imagine, then you become an allower and the universe can more easily provide you with a wonderful version of the thing you want. It will manifest better than you could hope for. If you get specific, then it makes things more difficult because it will appear as if what you want is not coming in the way you want. You will feel negative emotion and this is a sign you are resisting the manifestation of your desire.

Source is love, yet Source will not deny you that which you do not want. If you focus on something unwanted, Source believes that you must want it otherwise why would you spend so much time dwelling on the subject? When you believe that something is bad or wrong and you want it stopped or removed, you bring more energy to it. When you adopt the perspective that everything is right and good (but maybe not something you personally prefer), you move around the subject and you drop your focus on it. You leave yourself out of it and you do not give it power. Other people might give the subject power, but that is their reality, not yours.

So continue to focus on what's wanted without being too specific. Try not to give power or attention to anything you consider bad or wrong. Choose perspectives that make you feel better. Become an allower. Make everything easy. Don't complain or worry too much. Appreciate all the good in your life and it will grow. Remember to keep setting intentions all the time. Be loving and release fear. All is well and all that is wanted is coming. The only important thing is to feel good and you're doing that right now.

Joshua
