Kate Question #16

Dear Joshua,

Where does mindfulness have a place in all this, if it does. I can see the use of staying in the moment which is perfect - really all is well. And I can see how going from one moment to the next like this would lighten things a lot - but there is no actual work on the beliefs which are not helpful and still there. Is mindfulness a bit like sleep in that it gives consciousness a rest. Could it be used as a tool to get everything we desire? Or is it a tool which would be useful alongside other tools, like changing beliefs?

Kate

Dear Kate,

Mindfulness is the practice of becoming present. As you become aware of the present moment you might also become aware of the communication from in. As you become less distracted by the outside world (which is simply a reflection of your inner world) you tune yourself to the forces of the universe. When you become mindful, you become aware of your inner self, your inner thoughts, your inner feelings and your inner world.

People are searching for something more. This world was designed to bring you all that you want. You were meant to align with your desires and allow them to manifest. You knew all this prior to your birth into this reality. Yet, you've been guided away from what you once knew. You were told that you are a victim of fate and that you can't get everything you want. There is a tug of war going on inside of you between what you sense is true and what your society has told you.

Most would not believe that you are talking to nonphysical entities right now. However, many would believe that there is something to be gained by becoming more present and less distracted. They may not understand the universal forces behind mindfulness, but it is a first step. When one becomes interested in mindfulness, it might lead to meditation, to a book like The Secret, or to the subject of Law of Attraction. Maybe a few find Abraham and maybe one or two go all the way up the ladder and find us.

Our conversation is on the leading edge of thought and few are willing to join us. It is a leap of faith that could bring you from an interest in becoming more present in your life to talking about the fact that you create your own reality. However, everyone is on a journey of discovery and this is the time of awakening. People are beginning to accept that there is more going on here than can be understood using just five physical senses.

They are birthing the desire to understand more about their reality and the Law of Attraction is guiding them to subjects they are vibrationally ready for. You just happen to be vibrationally ready for some far-out, leading edge stuff.

Joshua
