2. The Law of Giving - Is the flow of receiving and giving, currency of energy.

Doesn't this idea make sense given what you know of the laws of the universe? The Law of Attraction could be defined as the Law of Giving and Receiving. In a receptive universe, do you not first give through your vibration and then receive? Giving might be the act of putting forth the energy of what you would like to receive. You put forth the belief in abundance and then you allow yourself to receive. Could you allow yourself to receive abundance if you put forth the feeling of lack or unworthiness? It could not work in a loving and giving universe.
Imagine that the flow of energy only went one way. Imagine someone who gave nothing (and we are not talking about anything physical here), they only took and took and took. You could see that this behavior defies the laws of the universe as you know them. You must put forth something and you will receive a match to that if you allow it. You could put forth anger and you would receive a match to that. There is nothing in this law that qualifies what is good or bad to give. It simply says that in the giving, you will receive a match to the vibration of the feeling you were putting forth. You can put forth love and acceptance and receive a match to that. You could put forth worry and fear and if you allow it to come, you will receive a match to that.
It might be easiest to look at the subject of abundance with respect to the idea of giving. If you felt scarcity, it would be difficult for you to give money or spend money and in this feeling of scarcity, you would receive exactly what you are most afraid of; scarcity. However, if you gave of yourself and freely spent your money with full faith that money would flow as needed and that you were worthy of receiving money, then it would flow to you in direct proportion to your feelings of faith and worthiness. If you had no worries (fear), you would be open to as much money as you would allow based on your personal feelings around money itself, what money means about you, and how worthy you feel in regard to money.
You might feel worthy of love and be surrounded by loved ones, but not worthy of money and little money could flow to you. You might feel worthy of money, but not love. You might amass a fortune in money, but have no one to share it with because you felt unworthy of love. Now, if you were able to give love before seeing any signs of people loving you, wouldn't it make sense that as a loving being, you would attract love? If you took the leap of faith believing that you were worthy of love and money, and so you gave freely of your love and money, not in order to create any specific outcome, but because you understood this principle, the idea of giving without expecting anything in return would perfectly comply with the Law of Attraction and you would receive that which you put out in the amount that you could allow.
