Isabelle Question #54

Hi Joshua,

Do you have any tips moving energy through my body and out? I was awaken last night again from the pain in my mouth and tried to visualize that it was only energy I was feeling. To allow it and let it flow out of my body. It had helped but it made me wonder if you folks have any other suggestions.

Thanks!
Your Student Isabelle

Dear Isabelle,

When you feel pain of any kind, it is a notification that resistance is being held and processed within the body. Resistance can be built up over long periods of time and as you move from one dimension to the next, you must often move the pain through the body. Think of it as a metamorphosis. You are like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. You are simply moving from one level of being to another.

You see the pain as unwanted and this is also resistance, which simply makes the pain more intense. The pain is actually signaling a great advance and movement toward something desired. If you could see it as a sign that you are truly making quick strides toward that which you truly want, then it would be less painful. The pain accompanied the birth of your child. Like that, you are being born into a new reality. As you are well aware, all pain ends. This too will come to an end.

Yes, pain is not a pleasant feeling. However, when you can see the pain as a valuable confirmation that you are transitioning to a new level of awareness and to a much higher vibrational place, then you can feel good about the pain. Feeling good about the pain will ease it. Resisting it will make it feel worse.

You are constantly moving energy through your mind and body. What you want is a way to move the pain through and out of your body so that it no longer exist. This is resistance to the pain, not the desire to move energy. What if we were to say that you could move anything through your body, but it would entail some pain? Would you still want to do it, or would you rather things remained the same? It is always simply a question of ease and allowing, while thinking everything is right as it is, or it is a matter of resistance, believing that some things, such as this pain, are bad and wrong and should be removed. Go with the flow of what is happening and you'll make everything easier and you'll allow everything to move as it should.

Some people slowly wade into the shallow end of the water. You have jumped into the deep end!

With our love,
We are Joshua
