I had an excellent manifestation event around abundance today, and I am excited to share it with you to get your thoughts and perspective.
This morning, I woke up and managed to get myself out of bed early enough to do a meditation (I do it in the evening otherwise). I was pleased with myself and feeling good. After the mediation, I picked up my phone and, for some reason, was inspired to check my bank account.
On the last day of every month, my Council Tax is paid from my account by Direct Debit. The amount of tax I pay monthly is normally about £105. Since July last year, however, I have only been paying £73 a month. I have been receiving tax benefit over that period, owing to the fact that my friend, who was living in the same flat, was unemployed. In June this year, he finally found a job, and in September moved to London to start yet another job. Effectively, this means that I have not been entitled to receiving tax benefit since June, and I have been fully expecting to pay the difference once they have processed the readjustment. Even though we informed them of the change in the circumstances as they happened in June, it always takes a few months to process, and I have been paying the lower amount for the past four months. In my head, I would have expected to owe about £148 since June, which on top of a normal month of £105, would amount to circa £253 in total.
So, back to this morning, I pick up my phone and check my bank balance, and then… I gasp! I see that £477.45 have been taken from my account for the Council Tax, and I was not ready for this AT ALL. After the initial shock, I got out of bed and started to process my fear. I noticed how interesting it was that it was practically the same amount as the One-on-One programme (it is roughly the equivalent of $600 - is that a wink from the universe, I thought?). As I was in the shower, I kept telling myself that everything would work out fine, that the universe is abundant and will see me through, etc. One of my fears that popped up was that I wouldn't have enough money put aside to buy Christmas presents!
Anyway, I somehow managed to compose myself and wasn't feeling too distraught on my way to work. I looked at this as happening for me. Only the night before and this weekend, I was feeling abundant, and I thought to myself, this is a test from the universe to see if I TRULY feel abundant.
Even though I had been expecting some kind of readjustment, my calculations for what I owed were much lower than this figure. So, this morning, I was inspired to call the Council Tax office to enquire why it was so high and why I wasn't notified in advance that this would happen. Interestingly, a letter was apparently sent to me on 2 October, but I was not a vibrational match to it because I have never received it. I wasn't really able to receive a convincing answer or a clear explanation as to how this amount was calculated. I talked to someone again this afternoon, and I still suspect that there has been a mix up.
The details, I guess, are not terribly important for the new approach. They are all conditions, right? I feel like this is a great opportunity for me to appraise this from a higher perspective and really iron out some of my fears about abundance. I still feel like there is a mistake that needs correcting (probably trying to change the conditions there), but I am focusing on getting a higher perspective. I know everything will be fine. I am grateful that I had enough money to pay this now. I am grateful that I will still have enough money to live on until the end of the month. There may be money coming from other sources that can't even predict right now. I am taken care of, etc. Overall, I feel good and hopeful, but I would love your perspective on the best way for me to approach this.

Dear Arnaud,
At the start of this conversation with us, you perceived that you had no money left over at the end of the month. That defined the amount of abundance that you could receive. This became true for you. This was your set point for abundance. Now, after talking to us for a little while, we explain that abundance is unlimited and it is set by you. It is equal to the amount you are willing to receive. The willing part is important, because unless you are willing to receive more, you will not receive more. You are willing to do what it takes to receive the amount of money that you receive. You are willing to accept this lifestyle. You are willing to do the work you are doing, live in the country in which you live, pay the amount of bills you pay, pay the amount of rent you pay, etc. If you were not willing to live in that lifestyle, you would live by other terms. The terms you have chosen are what you are willing to accept and no more or less. You define those terms.
If Donald Trump spent a night living your life, the terms of your life would be below what he is willing to accept. If a peasant from Asia came to live your life for a day, the terms of your lifestyle would be far more than he could accept. You set the terms. You live by those terms. Now you are ready for new terms. You have stated this and so the universe brings you your first test. Are you ready to move forward? We will see. One who lives a more abundant life would not even notice the difference in this tax. It would be inconsequential and so he or she would dismiss it as not important. It would not be worth their time to sort it out with the taxing authorities. Or if they chose to do that, they would make a game out of it. But they would not fret over it. If you do not know anyone who would not worry about the extra tax payment, it's because these are the views of those around you and likely they are willing to live similar lifestyles. What are you now willing to accept?
If you are willing to receive more, then your belief about abundance will have to change and expand. You will have to be more like the man you were this morning. That was the man with the new perspective who accepted that the extra tax was for him. Those who are willing to receive more abundance must become used to paying more in rent, tax, and everything else. The more they pay, the more they are willing and able to receive. They cannot allow little things to distract their focus. In choosing a new way to perceive abundance, you will be tested at first. Are you ready for these tests? We shall see. So far, so good!
