I've been given an opportunity to share my thoughts, ideas, beliefs with my mate's son, RJ. He has had lots of challenges at his work and last week it took a turn with an interaction with the boss. So, RJ gave his resignation.
Without going into details, I'd like to share with RJ some pointers in how he can get in alignment with himself, his dreams, his future. I don't know where to start.
s you've said before, at this time in his experience, it's not too helpful to say "You create your own reality" ... so how can I help him? What basic stuff can I share that will help him open his heart to this radical new way of living? I am planning on sending him your books - either Perceptive or Radical - but I'd like to give him some ground to stand on before I do.

Dear Allyson,
As an uplifter and a light worker, you see people struggling and you are inspired to help them. Whatever you are inspired to do from a place of love will be beneficial, if not immediately so, then some time in the future. You are a vibrational match to RJ and he exists in your life. You are inspired to help and you believe that if he could simply learn a bit more about the laws of the universe, the mechanism of physical reality, and who he really is, then this would aid him on his path of self-discovery. It might and it might not.
If you are truly coming from a place of love and you are wanting him to know things that will aid in his expansion and ease his limitations, then that is a wonderful thing. However, if you are concerned that he is struggling and he needs help, that might come from a place of fear and concern. It is important to remember that while he is younger than you and your mate, he is tuned to the vibration of the planet and he has his own emotional guidance system and his millions to help him. He does not necessarily need or want your help.
This part gets a little tricky because what we are really talking about here is inspiration based in love, or the urge to solve a problem based in fear. You will have to analyze your motivation. If you are truly inspired by love, then whatever inspiration you receive will be for his benefit and yours as well. But if you are concerned that he is having difficulty in life and you think that our teachings will fix his problem, it will not. It will only be confusing to him and he will see you as someone who believes he's struggling and has problems.
As an uplifter, you want everyone to feel good, maintain their alignment and experience life in joy. That is a wonderful thing. Remember, that your greatest benefit is given by being an example of alignment yourself. If you can look at RJ from the higher perspective and see that his life is unfolding perfectly, and this manifestation event happened in accordance with his intentions to explore reality in a new and unique way, then if you receive inspiration, it will further him along on his path. If you believe he is not doing well and you want to interject something that will alter his course, then it will not be received well.
You do not need us to tell you what to do. That is up to the inspiration you receive from your millions and your inner self. You will either receive inspiration from a place of love or you will receive ideas that resonate with the fear that RJ is struggling. It's not always so easy to tell which is which. That's why it's important for you to recognize how you are viewing the subject and which perspective you are choosing.
