Dear Joshua,

The past few days I have felt like there is someone/something with me. I've been feeling a presence especially when I am at home. Of course my dog is here, but it feels like more. Any thoughts on this?

Also, as of late I have been glimpsing - ever so slightly - a view of my higher self. It's just fleetingly for a quick moment and I can't seem to capture it, but I definitely feel it!! I would like to stay with it for a moment - but it seems as soon as I notice it - it's gone - kind of like the presence I mentioned above. Thoughts on this?

Dear Wendy,

Maybe the presence is your higher self. Maybe what you are feeling is a connection that has always been there, but now you are reaching vibrational alignment with it and now you can feel it. Since you are aware that your inner self is always with you, is you, and can never be detached from you, you are feeling a stronger connection than ever before.

In a natural world, free from the distraction of your modern society, you would be blended with your inner self. By blended, you would live as one with your inner self while living life here in physical reality. If you could do that, you would maintain the same perspective as your inner self no matter what the outside conditions looked like. You would fully engage the forces of the universe and you would be a complete allower. You would live in harmony with the universe. By being blended, you would live as the highest representation of who you really are.

You feel like you are reconnecting with your inner self, yet you have never been disconnected. You have always been one. Your inner self never left you even for a moment. You were simply distracted by the illusion of physical reality and so you had this false feeling of disconnection.

We want you to imagine being a blended being, one with your inner self. How would that look? Would you need to control everyone and everything or would you give up your control knowing your inner self can see things from a higher and broader perspective. Would you need to worry, complain, or be frantic? Or would you have faith that everything is working out. Would you be manic or would you be calm? You can be at ease knowing that you will be guided to action when needed. Until then your work is to feel good and build this connection with your inner self. Think about the thoughts that are flowing to you when you feel good. Who's sending them to you? Who is giving you guidance. It's you!
