Wendy Question #2

 

Dear Joshua,

9 out of 10 mornings I wake up with this extreme feeling of anxiety. It's almost a sense of dread. I don't have much, if anything, to do on a daily basis ~ back to my first question ~ I don't feel motivation towards anything. This sense of dread I feel ~ could it be from my feeling of not being able to "control" my day ~ not knowing what the day will bring? Not have a schedule to speak of? Judging my day as wrong?

I meditate and that helps a bit ~ and as the morning gets going it goes away. I would love to wake up feeling refreshed and looking forward to the day. How does "everything is right" tie into this. Obviously I have some fear around this. I would love to understand the tools I might use to "learn/feel" my way out of this. I catch myself in this mode ~ I know it is a negative feeling and I "talk myself out of it" most days. I want to understand this, grow from it and move on radically change my life!!!

Dear Wendy,

You are in a transitional phase and this limbo is what's causing your anxiety. You feel no motivation and this frightens you. You are not happy with the conditions that surround you. You feel you are making no progress toward the reality you prefer. Or so it seems.

In fact, you are moving along nicely. You must remember that this interaction between you and us is really quite remarkable on it's own. The life you have lived has unfolded perfectly to bring you to this place; a rare place indeed. You are only one of a few who have chosen to communicate with us in this manner. You have managed to reach vibrational alignment with us. Without your conscious awareness, you have managed to manifest something you have truly desired. This is cause for celebration as you are moving to a very elevated place. You are embarking on a life-altering experience and this is what you wanted. So let's enjoy this together.

There is no need to do anything right now. For the next six months your only work is to delve into this program fully. You are in a process of raising your vibration and who you will be at the end of this program is very different from who you are being now. All of your anxiety will fade. Everything you really want will be shown to you. Accept the conditions as they are now knowing that they were perfect and they allowed you to reach this place. You are moving through this transitional phase into one of complete empowerment and acceptance. You are creating the future you truly desire even if you aren't sure what that is.

So have faith that everything is working out perfectly for you. There is nothing you have to do right now. There is nothing you can do right now. There is nothing to fix and nothing is wrong. In fact, everything is perfect. How you feel when you wake up is perfect because you know it is something unwanted, you have birthed the desire for something different, and that will come. We will show you the way. It will be fun and easy. All you are really going to do is learn to view everything from the higher perspective. We will show you the importance of feeling good and how to automatically choose the higher perspective. There is a lot to learn and we have all the time in the world.

As soon as you learn to feel good, you will start to receive inspiration to act. You will find interest in things. You will become aware of subjects of interest. You will be guided toward ideas and concepts. You will begin to allow for the possibility of passion. You will find your passion. You will allow yourself to pursue your passions regardless of what anyone thinks. You will start to frame your reality differently. The limiting beliefs you hold now will begin to fade away and be replaced with a more empowering and enjoyable perception of reality. You will start to take things more easily and less seriously. You will feel more ease and your anxiety will no longer be necessary.

Remember that there is nothing to fix. Everything that you think is happening to you is actually happening for you. It's just that you can't see that because you are used to looking at life from the limited perspective. From the higher perspective, you will see that everything that happened was exactly right and everything needed to happen in that way so that you could be here now. If one thing did not happen the way it did, you could not be here. Thank God you are here. This is where you want to be. This is the perfect place to start.

As you continue to practice meditation on a daily basis, you will begin to connect with your inner self. Your inner self is fully aware of you. It hears every thought. It knows exactly what you want. It sees your world from the higher perspective. It guides you through your emotions. It led you here. You will become more and more in tune with your inner self and this will enable you to live the life you truly desire. Maintain your practice of meditation and you will gain free access to your inner self.

What you will really be doing in this One on One conversation is learning how to control your thoughts. The thoughts you think create the reality you experience. When you learn to specifically and intentionally choose better thoughts, you create a better, more enjoyable reality. When you talk yourself out of feeling bad, you are actively choosing better-feeling thoughts and this is very good indeed. Soon it will become automatic and you'll start to feel better earlier and earlier in the day.
