Regarding the last manifestation event I had in which I lost control of my car around a corner and did a 360 degree spin without any harm or damage to me or my car: For this event to happen in the exact way it played out, many things needed to be orchestrated including "knowing" the right speed I needed to get my car up to based on the current tire slippage (front and rear) for the corner radius I was entering, correct braking and turning of the wheel during the spin and making sure the lanes were clear of any cars, etc. This would imply that the universe was able to make me do things, right? In this case, convinced me to speed up going into the corner... Is this an impulse given to me? And if so, do I have veto rights? And who exactly is giving the impulses?

Dear Steve,
For you to understand our answer you must stop thinking about the universe as a being or a person, but more of a system which is simply responding to your vibration. When you think of God, you might be thinking of an individual who can choose to put you in certain circumstances beyond your control. This is not what is happening. Everything is simply a response to your vibration and that response is the way of least resistance. The event which causes you to be modified into the version of you that will be ready for what you want to arrive is made possible by a combination of things all occurring to bring you to the next level. In this case, it was the path of least resistance which involved your car spinning out just as it did. For anyone else, the manifestation event would have been different.
So think of the universe as a system, like gravity, but which responds to your vibration. Your vibration includes your beliefs and expectations. You still believe that physical reality is real. You think that your tires are solid, the road is solid, speed is a constant, energy is a constant, brakes are a constant, and everything can be counted on to act in a way that can be measured. But your tires are just a group of particles. The street is just a group of particles. Your brakes are not solid, they are just a group of particles. What holds these particles together? What causes these things to act as you expect them to act? Just think about this for a moment.
Your car spun out because you didn't think it could and this caused you to take notice. But you also weren't completely freaked out by it. You know that sometimes these things happen. Other people have spun their cars out. The event caused you to alter your beliefs and expectations just enough to create an environment where you could enjoy yourself at the track without doing damage to your car which is what you truly wanted. This spin out was a very easy way for the universe to modify your beliefs and it aligned with what you already believed possible.
Now, you are thinking and believing that all of this is reality. But there is nothing real about physical reality. It just seems real. The universe could have just as easily taken your car and placed it on the roof of your house. But that would have freaked you out. That sort of thing doesn't happen. News crews from around the world would camp out in the street in front of your house taking photos of your car on your roof. This manifestation event would not cause the change in your beliefs that would enable you to enjoy your weekend as you did.
The universe is a system that responds to your vibration. You are always in control since you have the power to choose your thoughts, beliefs and expectations. No one can create in your reality, not even the universe. You give the universe instructions by the quality of thoughts, beliefs and actions you choose to put forth. The universe is simply responding in order to bring you what you say you want. Learn to operate within this system by focusing on what is wanted and appreciated and you can literally have, be or do anything.
