Lately I've been following even the smallest acts of inspiration. Today I felt inspired to get on YouTube and look up covers of "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk. The first one I listened to was cool, but I knew it wasn't what I was looking for. I closed it out and found another one, this one by Daughter, and it really moved me. I looked them up on iTunes and started listening to samples of their songs. I knew that finding this band was the reason I'd attracted the original thought.
As I listened to one of their songs called "Home", I had a sense of déjà vu. I've never heard the song before, not to my knowledge anyway, but it felt so familiar, and I had the feeling that time was repeating itself, if that makes any sense.
I understand why I felt this inspiration, as I recently expressed a desire to find new music to connect with. What I'm not so clear on is the déjà vu that I experienced. What exactly is that, the feeling that you've been somewhere before? Where does it come from?
I love having a place to take these questions. When I was a kid, and I experienced something like this, I'd always think, "If I could ask God anything, I'd ask him that." I feel like that's what I'm doing now...not that I think of you as "God", per se, but I am beyond thrilled to have access to your infinite intelligence.

We love the feeling of Deja vu. It's the feeling that somehow you've been here before. Maybe it's confirmation that you're in the right place. What a strange sensation that is. To know that you are doing well, that everything is right, that you've been in this moment before, that it's all working out as it should, is a beautiful thing indeed.
When you act on your inspiration in the moment and it leads you to a place that feels familiar, you are moving with the currents of the universe. The feeling of deja vu is the confirmation that you are caught up in the flow of life and there is no resistance in the moment. It feels like you've been there before, yet you could not have because the time period is current. Why do you think that is?
It's because time is not real. Time as you know it is an illusion. The feeling confirms this. You have been here before. This is the version of reality you prefer to inhabit. You are in the right place at the right time moving toward the reality you prefer.
Keep paying attention to inspiration. The timing of the inspiration is important. Think of it like this: universal forces are setting up scenes and you are to enter those scenes on cue. The inspiration is your cue. When you are inspired to act and you are in a positive emotional state of being, the action will lead you to where you want to go. It is part of the manifestation process. Pay attention to the inspiration, notice your emotional state, and act when inspired. Notice your objections to the action and move through them.
Don't put it off or come up with reasons not to follow through. Just go with it and see what happens. One inspiration will lead to the next and the next and so on. This is the ride you have been asking for. Isn't it exciting?
