I was thinking as I was jogging today on how in effect things have changed quite a bit in what I'm looking for now compared with even two months ago when I jumped in with you and Gary. I got answers to "how to get what I want", but Im getting a lot more important things like the emotional bent, our value, the love, the importance of the thoughts, all of this to feel good.

Dear Kate,

Right you are. You want what you think you want because you think getting it will cause you to feel good. You want something in order to feel good. This approach is backwards. The universe does not work in reverse.

You must feel good first. You must find a way to feel good now. You must accept that everything as it is now could feel good if you looked at it from a perspective that allowed you to feel good. You must create an environment where feeling good now is all that you need to do. It must be okay to feel good now. You must practice feeling good. You must have the ability to feel good now. You must know that feeling good now is possible and desirable. You must not fall into the trap of believing you'll feel good when you get this or when something good happens. You must appreciate life as it is now. From that stance, everything good must flow to you. It is law.
