Dear Joshua,

I create everything - so someone who is standing completely in the middle of the sidewalk (we have tiny sidewalks), completely unaware of people trying to get past (ie, me). I created that. If it is there and annoying me then 1) my vibration is off and 2) I'm looking at this from a lower perspective - maybe crossing over is more exercise, maybe I can send them love, maybe they are having a fun conversation and I can feel grateful about that?

Maybe it would be good to be more accepting?

Dear Kate,

If you were to observe all the people moving past this person standing in the middle of the sidewalk oblivious to it all, you would notice something very interesting. Some people would move swiftly past this person without even really noticing and some people would be annoyed. What is the difference between the two sets of people? Is it their vibration? Is it their capacity for love and acceptance? Is it something else altogether?

The reason you felt annoyed was due to your belief that others should be being a certain way. They should conform to certain unspoken rules. They should be polite and considerate. They should be something different than they are. The difference between the two sets of people is that the first set does not believe that this person was wrong and the second set does. Since there is no wrong anywhere in the universe and since you created this event to bring forth this limiting belief into your conscious awareness, you must now identify the fear behind the belief.

What is the fear behind this belief? Now, keep in mind that your negative emotion was minor and manifested itself as annoying, so you might not feel that this belief is important or significant enough to warrant analysis. Yet, if it's a limiting belief, then it is supported by some irrational fear and your work is to reduce the intensity of these fears so that you can move to a new place where love flourishes. We want you to come up with a few possible fears and then show evidence why the fears are false.

You came up with a few higher perspectives which caused you to feel relief and that is very good indeed. Now we want you to go a little further and think of the fear that was the base of your first perspective; the one that was vibrationally lower and more limited. This should be easy because the event was minor and you are not attached to your belief or perspective.

Think of a few fears and find the evidence to prove they're false. Write us back and let us know what you've come up with. We're excited to see where this goes.
