Isabelle Question #9

Hi Joshua,

Not sure if anyone asked about this already, but what can you tell me about the Chakras. Are they really non-physical points in our bodies?

Thanks!
With love,
Isabelle

Dear Isabelle,

There is an energy field around your body and in your body. This energy is always moving and is never static. It is a flow of energy. Resistance held within your body blocks the flow of energy. The cells of your body also have their own energy fields and this energy interacts with the overall flow of energy. We will say that there are many streams of energy throughout the body, both obviously physical, like the flow of blood, breathe or spinal fluid, and there are nonphysical flows as well. We call these streams of energy, but may call them Chakras if you wish, but to most of you in your culture, that sounds a bit mystical. It is not, they are simply streams of energy.

There can be blockages in this energy and you might say that depending on where the blockage is, it affects something within the reality of the human who is holding the resistance. Look at a silhouette of a human body and imagine all the streams of energy as different colors of light. There is the physical flow of blood, spinal fluid, and breathe. There are many nonphysical and invisible flows of energy as well. See them all moving in regular patterns in and around the body. See them brightly lit or dim. See the flow as rapid or slow. See where there may be resistance and like a boulder in a river, the flow must move around the blockage. Resistance and inner conflict block the flow of energy to varying degrees, but the energy never stops completely.

You might say there are several Chakras that point to certain specific locations in the body and when these Chakras are open and flowing then the energy of the entire body is in alignment with Source energy and we would agree. Along the way, the human picks up resistance in the form of fear and limiting beliefs and based on the specific limiting belief or the source of fear, the body will store that resistance in a place that is a vibrational match to the energy flow centered around the subject of the specific resistance.

Let's say the person felt unworthy. This could block several areas including the heart, and throat. The person is unable to feel love or express their love to others due to a limiting belief about their own worthiness. As soon as the intensity of this belief is reduced, the energy flows once again.

It is not really about clearing the energy streams, it's about reducing the resistance that exists in their life by analyzing the fear and coming to a new perspective. The work of creating unblocked flows of energy is done by releasing resistance. This is best accomplished by coming to understand a perspective that is in alignment with the inner self's perspective. Alignment is the way to restore the flow of energy within the body. When you feel good, you are allowing the energy to flow as it naturally should. When you feel bad, you are holding onto some resistance and the energy may be temporarily blocked to a degree that matches the level of resistance in that specific area.

With our love,
We are Joshua
