Isabelle Question #57

Hi Joshua,

I think I understand the manifestation event that was for me but confirmation is always nice. I told Gary about it this past Saturday.

It has been brought to my attention that I seem to be upsetting a few folks in other departments by the way I present myself speaking and writing emails. I called a fellow co-worker a "detective," but the possessive quantifier as my detective upset her. Where did I get off calling her my detective? We are on equal footing, it seems. Apparently, I easily state I will reach out to my vendor, or fix my order or what not. It has come up twice for me, in discussions with my manager.

Sure, I see other folks fears. I didn't even pay attention to it until it came up the second time. I'm thinking it is my wobble about being a leader? Other folks seems to feel fear around me acting like a leader without the title. Or is it something else? With much love your teacher (haha),

Isabelle

Dear Isabelle,

You are a leader, are you not? That is who you authentically are. People are a reflection of how you feel about yourself. You have a little wobble in your vibration and this is being reflected back to you. So what does that mean? It means that you are having a little difficulty accepting your authentic role within your work environment. You believe you need permission to lead or to be your authentic self. You do not.

You are a leader. You see things from a higher perspective. You are able to process your fears. You want to take charge and lead everyone to the promised land of a better future and a happy and prosperous work environment. However, you are stuck on a few issues that get at the very nature of your own personal power. You believe that you need recognition, but you do not. You believe that you need to be respected by your bosses and co-workers, but you do not. You believe you need a title and a certain level of pay for the work you do, but you do not. You need none of these external indicators of worthiness. If you get stuck in the need to be validated by the external conditions, you will continue to receive the same feedback. The only thing you can do now is adjust your vibration and smooth out that wobble.

You have a career. The career is meaningless. It has no meaning other than what you attribute to it. It does not define you. It does not validate you. It does not prove that you are worthy, good, or even smart. It is simply a part of your reality that allows you to explore life in a more specific way. You can be whoever you want to be in this job. You can create whatever you want from this job. This job is not a secondary thing in your life. You might consider family, home, or your passions to be the primary aspects of your life and this job is simply a way to earn a living. It is not. It is equal to the other areas of your life; not more or less important. You can get so much of what you came to explore through the interaction with people at this work environment. It is your creation and it contains everything you need to understand who you really are.

You are a limitless being of pure positive love and acceptance, but sometimes your work environment causes you to believe that is not true. You are magnificent and powerful and you can see glimpses of that in the work you do. However, you also believe there are limitations to what you can do and how you must behave. These are limiting beliefs. You can literally create anything you want in this environment. That could lead to a promotion, another job, or your termination. You can't know what will happen, all you can know is that whatever happens will be for your highest good.

By being your authentic self and behaving in a way that you know is good and right, without regard with how you think you should be perceived by others in order to be seen as good, you can allow for everyone else to be and think whatever they will think. If they feel fear at something you have said, written, or done, then that is for them. That is their manifestation event. If it comes back to you, and you feel negative emotion, then that is a fear and a limiting belief for you to process. What is the fear? The fear is that you are not being "good" when you cause others to feel fear. That is not true. You are good whether they feel fear or not. You are not here to act in a way that allows them to be free from fear. That is not your work. You can process your own fear yourself and carry on being authentic and doing what you know is right for you. By living as the authentic version of Isabelle, you will unleash your power to create the reality you desire. Your true talents and gifts will come through to do what you are here to do.

This might all happen within this work environment. By being authentic and processing your own fears of not being seen as a good person, you can move forward. Those who wish to accompany you as they are inspired by your authenticity and alignment will do so. Others will feel fear and that will be something for them to work through. None of that is your concern. Now, you might be perceived as a threat to others and they will voice their fears. However, if you can remain focused, then you will create what it is that you truly desire. Whatever happens will be your creation and it will most certainly be for you in every sense of the word. You will certainly shift your reality as a result of being your authentic self and you will really, really like your creation.

You cannot see how everything will unfold when you become your authentic self. Your perspective is limited. You might perceive some danger or threat of loss, but this loss is an illusion. Sometimes, the conditions must change for you to recognize what it is you truly want. By being the authentic version of you, one who processes your own fears rather than behaving in a way designed to control the opinions of others, you will move to another level of consciousness and a new level of success as you will define it. Things will come together in a way you could never have imagined or expected. This is the true power of authenticity.

With our love,
We are Joshua
