Isabelle Question #25

Hi Joshua,

My higher-self and me, we are one? We are all one, and equal? This is what I'm grasping, I'm part of ALL. My higher-self is an expression of source, I'm an expression of my higher-self and source, it is a reflection upon reflection, all to expand and create new. Yet, we are all equal. I'm not less than my higher-self but equal? I'm confused on how I am a part of something and not whole. Yet I'm complete.

I hope you understand what I'm trying to ask. LOL.

With Love,
Isabelle

Dear Isabelle,

We call it your inner self, not your higher self, because it is not higher, it is you as you exist in the nonphysical. It sees your life from a higher perspective, but that doesn't necessarily mean a better perspective. If you are flying in an airplane, you see the land below from a higher perspective. You can see more. But on the land below, you can look up and see the airplane, which you cannot do from inside the airplane itself. Therefore, the perspective of the land is not less than, it's equal to. The perspective of the airplane might help you navigate your way around the land, and the perspective of the airplane from the land might be of great benefit to the airplane itself. One is not more than the other, it is just different. In this example, you on the land and you in the airplane are one and the same, but looking at it all from two perspectives.

You are your inner self. You and your inner self are one. You are primarily physically focused and your inner self is primarily focused on you from a nonphysical perspective. When you sleep, you become one with your inner self. When you feel emotion, you are receiving guidance from your inner self. When you think thoughts, you are often receiving those thoughts from your inner self. You are intertwined and inseparable from your inner self.

You (and your inner self who is you and is not separate from you) are part of all that is. You are one with all that is. You are a fragment of all that is living the illusion of individuality, but you can never be separate from all that is. Your inner self has an inner self and so on and so forth and you are all of that intertwined with all that is, everyone who exists, and will all that is physical. It's just that there is an illusion of individuality in the physical realm and this is by design. It gives you the opportunity to view all that is from outside the airplane, so to speak. From inside the airplane, you cannot see the airplane. But from outside looking at all that is, you can see things in a new and unique way and this creates new everything.

The purpose of all of this is to expand in the experience of reality. It is fine to see yourself as part of all that is and one with everyone else. It is good to see that you have a unique perspective on life, one which has never existed before and will never exist again. It is very good to understand your unique contribution to the universe, to experience as a whole, and to all that is. But, never lose sight of the fact that you are the center of your universe and you get to create whatever you like. You are capable of creating anything as long as you do not let fear get in your way. As you become a master at processing fear, you move through more intensely satisfying experiences and expand exponentially as you do so.

With our love,
We are Joshua
